If you would like us to consider a book that you have written for publication, please email 2 sample chapters along with illustrations, a synopsis of the book and the chapters that it will entail. If possible, please also include the number of black and white/colour images being used, and the number of pages.

How can I request permission to use text or images from one of your books?
If you would like to seek permission to reproduce any content from our books, please put the request in writing and direct to Pam Henderson at our Sandy Lane offices, or email phenderson.acc@sizzel.net

How can I contact one of the publishers whose titles we distribute?
We are happy to pass on any correspondence to publishers whose titles we distribute. Please direct mail to Anna Pearce at Sandy Lane, or email anna.pearce@antique-acc.com.
How can I track my order?
If you have purchased books either as a trade or mail order customer, they will have been dispatched to you by our distribution partner, NBN International. You can contact their customer service department for an update at cservs@nbninternational.com or by calling 01752 202301.

Why can I not find a particular book on the website?
We have two websites - Antique Collectors Club and ACC Distribution. Antique Collectors Club only displays titles which we publish, whilst ACC Distribution displays all of our published and distributed titles. If you are looking for one of our distribution titles on our Antique Collectors Club website, then it will not appear. Please click here to visit our distribution website.
Is it safe to make my payment by credit card?
Mail order customers need to make payment at time of order and our site is fully security certified so you can enter the information with confidence. All cards are charged by NBN International immediately prior to dispatch of your order.
What happens if I am not happy with a book I have purchased and wish to return it?
Trade customers should contact rebecca.brash@antique-acc.com or telephone 01394 389988 for details of our returns policy. Mail order customers should contact sue.slee@antique-acc.com or telephone 01394 389977 as soon as possible after delivery.
What do I do if I have received a faulty book?
All books are packed carefully, but in the unlikely event of damage occurring in transit, we must be notified straight away to enable us to replace the item for you. Please use the contact details above. NBN may contact you to arrange collection of the faulty item.
* To enable us to give you the best service possible, we class all bookshops, wholesalers and anyone else who is retailing books, as trade customers, and any members of the public or antique dealers, restorers, etc. who are buying the books for their own use, as Mail Order customers.
